About these terms

These terms cover our website improve.llc, improve.works (the app our staff and providers use, where parents also open the personal sign-up links we email them) and the session updates Improve LLC sends to parents and guardians by text and by email. By using them, or by signing up for session updates, you agree to these terms.

Text updates

• Program: Improve LLC session updates.
• What you get: a text after each of your child's sessions, saying the date and time the session took place.
• How often: message frequency varies, about one text per session.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any text. We send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, then no more. Reply START to sign up again.
• For help: reply HELP, or email Therapies.improve@gmail.com.
• Signing up is optional. It is not a condition of receiving services.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from it or tell us, so texts do not reach someone else.

Email updates

If you choose email updates, you get an email after each of your child's sessions, saying the date and time the session took place. Use the link in any update email to stop them.

Using improve.works

• Accounts are for staff and providers invited by us or by their organization. Keep your login to yourself.
• Enter accurate information, and use the app only for your work with us.
• Don't try to reach information that isn't yours, or use the app for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

Our website

Information on improve.llc is general and may change. Sending a Join our team form doesn't create a job offer or a contract.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including for text updates.

Our responsibility

Our website and app are provided as is. As far as the law allows, Improve LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them.

Changes and law

If these terms change, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
