Who we are

Improve LLC ("we", "us") is a Pennsylvania company whose providers deliver speech therapy and personal care services to children. This policy covers our website improve.llc, improve.works (the app our staff and providers use to schedule and record services, where parents also open the personal sign-up links we email them) and the session updates we send to parents and guardians, by text and by email, about their child's sessions.

What we collect

• Parents and guardians: name, email address and mobile number. If you sign up for session updates, we also keep a record of your consent: the words you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address of the device you used.
• Children who receive our services: their name, and the date, time and type of each session, as recorded by their provider.
• Families who ask for services through our website: what you send us, such as your name, email or phone number, your child's age and what you tell us about your child's needs. We use it only to answer your request.
• People who apply through our Join our team form: what you send us, such as your name, email or phone, profession, the ZIP codes you can work in and any file you upload.
• Staff and providers who use improve.works: name, email, phone number, login details and the work records they enter.
• Website visitors: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

• To provide our services and run improve.works: schedules, session records and our records with our providers.
• To send the session updates you signed up for: a text, an email or both after each of your child's sessions with its date and time.
• To send emails you would expect, such as the link to sign up for session updates.
• To review job applications.
• To keep the records our contracts and the law require, and to keep our services secure.

We do not sell personal information, and we never use your mobile number, your text consent or your child's information for advertising.

Text messages

• We text only parents and guardians who agreed to it on our session updates page.
• A text says that a session took place and when. It never includes notes or other details about your child.
• Message frequency varies, about one text per session. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help.
• Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
• We never text a phone number sent through our Apply for services or Join our team forms.
• We keep the record of your consent, and of any opt-out, also after you opt out, as proof of your choice.

Emails

We email session updates only to parents and guardians who chose them on our session updates page. An update email says that a session took place and when, and has a link to stop these emails.

Who we share information with

• Service providers that run parts of our services for us: hosting in the United States, email delivery, text message delivery (Twilio), and the form service that delivers our Apply for services and Join our team forms to us. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
• The agency or program that arranged your child's services, as our contracts with them require.
• Anyone the law requires us to share it with.
• All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Website cookies and ads

Our website improve.llc may show ads from Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's Ads Settings. improve.works and our text messages have no ads.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the purposes above and as our contracts and the law require. Consent and opt-out records are kept after an opt-out, as proof of the choice made.

How we protect it

Access is limited to the people who need it, connections to improve.works are encrypted, and each account needs its own password.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop text updates, or use the link in any update email to stop emails. To see, correct or delete information about you or your child, email us at Therapies.improve@gmail.com. Some records we must keep under our contracts or the law.

Children

Information about a child comes from their parent, their provider or the program that arranged their services, not from the child. Children's information is never shown on our public website and never used for advertising.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
